Total Cost: $600 with a $200 deposit due at registration . When a commitment is made to travel with the ministry, we, through signed contracts with vendors, make commitments for hotel accommodations and event tickets. Because vendors will not give us refunds, we cannot provide refunds once a commitment to participate is made. The $600 will cover all tickets, travel, hotel accommodations; meals are not included. Again, we cannot give refunds.
